John Becker Auctions has also still not paid any of the Gaige victims, even though Becker auctions
employed the entire Huillier crew, including Robert Huillier, Robin Huillier, Rhonda Huillier,
Tom Huillier, Jennifer Rhinehart and Christina Kinkead! These people are now well known
 to law enforcement and now have gone into hiding to escape prosecution! Never consign
 to Robert Huillier, as you will lose money sooner or later, as evidenced by the 70 victims in Scottsdale
 and Phoenix alone! Huillier will take your money, tell you it's for an estate, pay you a profit from your own money
and repeat this scam until he has drained you of funds, then will tell you about the magical issues that prevent him from
 repaying your investment! This has already been done to the many local investors, and Robert Huillier
 can look you in the eye and lie to you with no conscience! The story of the many problems involving
 these auctions being just a "glitch" (as told by the Huillier crew to auction attendees) is another fabrication
 to keep up appearances! Robert Huillier, Robin Huillier, Rhonda Huillier, Tom Huillier and Jennifer
 Rhinehart supported themselves with investors money and with money owed to Gaige and Co. consignors!
 Since the investigation of the Huillier family's criminal activity and the January 2009 arrest of Robert Huillier
from his Grand Jury indictment for all of the Huillier's criminal activity in Scottsdale, Caboodle is assisting with

Robert Huillier and his crew have ceased "working" for Becker Auctions now that the money has run out!
 Robert Huillier is awaiting trial from an 8 count Grand Jury indictment!
Huillier has pled "not guilty" and his last plea conference was set for
 10/14/2009, 10:30 AM! The State has granted yet another motion to
 postpone this case further, vacating the current trial setting of August 2, 2010
 and resetting same to February 7, 2011 at 8:00 a.m. before the Master Calendar
 Assignment Judge in Courtroom 703 in the Central Court Building. All subpoenaed
 witnesses are to report to Courtroom 703 in the Central Court Building for trial
 and will be directed to the trial court from there.

 Now Huillier continues tp stay free to steal until the 02/7/2011 trial!
Victims should continue to contact their attorneys. Since Huillier can afford $100,000
 bond, he can now afford to start paying back the 70 victims he's taken money from.
 Perhaps he can step up and take responsibility for his own class action suite!

 or through Rhonda Huillier at 4165 E. Hallihan Dr., Cave Creek, AZ. The Huilliers claim to have no money, they owe millions to investors and consignors
 and still managed to vacation in England, France, Italy, Disney World, Hawaii, and could afford homes on the golf course in Cave Creek!

UPDATE! Robert Huillier and Robin Huillier tried to use the court systems to issue
 injunctions against harassment to those victims that have called Becker Auctions in attempts
 to make repayment arrangements! Ex-convict Robert Huillier, Robin and Rhonda Huillier
 are now assuming the roles of victims as evidenced by the falsehoods purported in their injunctions
 against two of the victims as the cases against them went to the County Attorney! The Huillier crew
actually wants all evidence presented on this website to be withdrawn so  that they can continue
 to bilk more money from new investors as over 70 previous victims in Scottsdale alone now have
 reported losses to the Huillier family auctions, not including many more previous victims in Portland,
 California, Las Vegas and Tucson! Robert Huillier will never want the legitimate bidders to know
 that he has always employed 8-10 shill bidder numbers in each auction, usually disguised as
 "phone bidders", or "absentee bids" to increase bid amounts! Both Robin and Rhonda Huillier
 have full knowledge of this shill bidding and have assisted Robert in this scam since the
 auction's inception as "Gaige and Co".  Marilyn Quayle, wife of ex-Vice President Dan Quayle,
 is another victim of this crew, as she too has bid against Robert Huillier's fake bidders!
NEW UPDATE11/15/08: One of  the regular  attendees that merely referred Robert Huillier as a legitimate auction
 house has now been forced to pay huge damages to a group of greedy parasites including Debbie Chapman
Darryl and Jody Canady and James Devaney, because Robert and Robin Huillier defaulted on their own class
 action suite. Other more honest victims are still left without reimbursement or the return of their consignments,
as Huillier solicited private homes to sell estates while seeding these homes with his own stolen property.
 Huillier attempted to worm his way into A1 Auctions to dispose of the stolen property he has hidden away in storage.
 As of January 6, 2009, the Scottsdale Police Department, through the diligence of Det. Frank Nagy, has finally caught up
 with Huillier, but somehow this crook has come up with the funding to get back on the street. Perhaps the crew dipped into
the hidden assets to spring Huillier in order to flee! Beware of any resurgence of jewelry, antiques and paintings!
